Return and refund policy

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it  along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Returns Process

 

Should an item be damaged or unsuitable, please contact us at happyspidertrading@gmail.com, providing any order or payment references.  Once processed a full refund will be issued.

 

If items are damaged we may ask for photographic evidence in lieu of the item being physically returned.  As noted, we may ask that all undamaged orders are returned to us. Please note that this will be at the purchaser's cost unless otherwise agreed.
